General terms and conditions
- The shuttle service will only be available for guests of our hotel, who land or have a flight reservation.
- For bookings of more than 8 people, it is necessary to check with reception for the availability of a private shuttle.
- In order to access the shuttle, you must show your confirmation to the driver.
- You must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the shuttle departure time to check your ticket and store your luggage.
- Bear in mind that the pick-up time always refers to the first stop at Terminal 4. Second stop is at T.2 and last one at T1. This said, there will be a 5 to 10 minutes of pick-up difference between Terminals.
- Only 1 suitcase per person will be accepted in the luggage compartment, plus 1 handbag or bag that must be carried on the seat itself.
- Neither the hotel nor the transport company can be held responsible for the possible loss or theft of your belongings.
- The transfer may be subject to delays due to traffic beyond our control.
- If there is no availability, please contact us and we will try to provide you with an alternative service.
- If you need to cancel your booking you may do so, as long as it is at least 24h in advance.
Refunds
- If you cancel your booking at least 24h in advance, you will receive a full refund, which will be issued after 5 to 8 working days.
