General terms and conditions
The shuttle service will only be available for guests of our hotel, who land or have a flight reservation.
For bookings of more than 8 people, it is necessary to check with reception for the availability of a private shuttle.
In order to access the shuttle, you must show your confirmation to the driver.
You must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the shuttle departure time to check your ticket and store your luggage.
Bear in mind that the pick-up time always refers to the first stop at Terminal 4. Second stop is at T.2 and last one at T1. This said, there will be a 5 to 10 minutes of pick-up difference between Terminals.
Only 1 suitcase per person will be accepted in the luggage compartment, plus 1 handbag or bag that must be carried on the seat itself.
Neither the hotel nor the transport company can be held responsible for the possible loss or theft of your belongings.
The transfer may be subject to delays due to traffic beyond our control.
If there is no availability, please contact us and we will try to provide you with an alternative service.
If you need to cancel your booking you may do so, as long as it is at least 24h in advance.
Refunds
If you cancel your booking at least 24h in advance, you will receive a full refund, which will be issued after 5 to 8 working days.
